Terms of Service

These terms apply to MenGowa Publisher ("the app"), a personal desktop tool operated by the MenGowa creator.

1. Purpose

The app lets its owner upload and schedule videos they created to social media accounts they own. It is not a public service and has no other users.

2. Your accounts

By signing in with TikTok, Google/YouTube or Meta, you allow the app to upload videos and captions to your account on your instruction only. You can revoke this access at any time from each platform's settings (for TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services).

3. Content

You are responsible for the videos and captions you publish, and for following the terms and community guidelines of each platform.

4. Platform terms

Use of the app is also subject to the TikTok Terms of Service, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Meta Terms, which take precedence where they apply.

5. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Uploads may fail because of network or platform issues.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated; the date below shows the latest version.
